Childtren: Ivy Emma Elisabeth (her birthmom gave her the middle name Emma). She is a beautiful, energetic, and kissable girl. Born Dec. 24, 2005. Our Christmas present! We love to watch Ivy experience things for the 1st time.

Interest and Hobbies: We love to watch movies, serve in our biblestudy, go for walks, spend time with friends and travel.

Home: We moved into our townhome in the Santa Clarita Valley in January 2005.

Finances: Matt manages the purchasing department at a landscaping firm. Kelli teaches music part-time at a private elementary school.

Our adoption story: After a couple of years trying to have a baby and infertility treatments, God had put the idea of adoption into our hearts. We have so many friends who have adopted or who have been adopted so we were both excited and ready to move forward. We think that adoption is such a great example of Gods goodness and faithfulness.

Openness to birth parents: We are open to arranging a plan that will give comfort and peace to our childs birth family. We want our child to know at least some details of about their adoption story. Every child and family is different and we look forward to preparing a plan that is best for everyone.

Childcare Plans: Kelli would love to be a stay at home mom! That is a parenting goal of ours. If she needs to work a little at first it will be approximately 3 half days a week.
